Evaluation of Public Health Nursing Program: A Systematic Review Jumratul Nurhidayah1), Ani Margawati2) 1)Masters Program in Nursing Management, Departement of Nursing, Universitas Diponegoro 2)Department of Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang ABSTRACT Background: Public health nursing faces a number of challenges. As with all activities within the field of public health, it must try to ensure the greatest health improvement for the society. The challenge at the national level is to set priorities for public health nursing interventions. These need to focus on the outstanding health problems for which interventions of proven effectiveness are available. This study aimed to review systematically public health nursing program. Subjects and Method: A systematic review was conducted by searching the following databases included Ebscho, Google Schoolar, and Sciencedirect. The keywords for this review includeed determinant and children full immunization. The inclusion criteria were review, systematic review, clinical review and guidelines. After review process five articles were included in this review. Results: Management program factors including: (1) input section (man, money, material, method, machine, and time), (2) processes and (3) output were associated with the management of public health nursing program Conclusions: Input, process and output factors in management program are associated with the evaluation of public health nursing program.
